The Sacred Pause: The Grace of Sitting Quietly Before the Lord
In our fast-paced world, stillness can feel uncomfortable — yet in the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, silence becomes a gift. Adoration is not about "doing" but about "being" with Him, heart to heart. Just as the disciples were invited to "stay awake and keep watch" (Matt 26:41), we too are called to linger in His presence, allowing His love to heal, renew, and inspire us. In the sacred pause, our souls find rest, and our hearts learn to listen.
